7th ICEE Overview The Wildlife Conservation Society is proud to be hosting the 7th International Conference on Environmental Enrichment "Unifying the Art and Science of Animal Enrichment". Theme: The theme of the conference is "Unifying the Art and Science of Animal Enrichment". It is now widely recognized that a sustainable environmental enrichment program is an essential element of animal care. The future of enrichment lies in the unification of best practices with the application of the latest scientific knowledge. The goal of this meeting is to bring together an interdisciplinary group of scientists and animal care professionals to expand and evolve the field of environmental enrichment, with the primary goal of enhancing the welfare of animals in our care.
