The deadlines have been extended for both the Early bird registration (28 February 17) and abstract submission (31 March 17).

There will be a full Shape of Enrichment Workshop available at no additional fee for ICEE delegates. Most of the lectures and discussions will be held during the conference program. To earn a Workshop Certificate, delegates must attend all 5 presentations during the conference and participate in the practical projects on 20 May. Translation will also be available during the workshop.

Parque Jaime Duque is the realization of a dream of Jaime Duque, who wanted to let Colombians an important cultural and recreational center, which in turn would generate resources to support the disadvantaged in society. Jaime Duque park opened to the public on February 27, 1983. It is located in the town of Tocancipá at kilometer 34 of the North Highway, 30 minutes from the city of Bogota. It is a unique place, considered by the Discovery Travel & Living channel as one of the top five parks in Latin America.

One of the main attractions of Parque Jaime Duque is the Bioparque Wakatá. In an area of 700,000 square meters, the Bioparque includes large animal habitats with gardens, green areas, and native forest. The Biopark is an ecological reserve focused on maintaining Colombian species, where visitors can reunite with nature, learn about the different species and the problems they face. Currently, there are about 450 animals of 100 different species, including birds, reptiles, and mammals.
